Butler Plus Launches New Website Reflecting Expanded Services

Butler Plus (formerly Trash Butler) has launched a new website, marking the latest step in the company’s rebrand from a doorstep trash service into a full-service multifamily operating partner.

After more than 13 years in doorstep trash and recycling, Butler Plus now offers pest control, pressure washing, portering, and bulk hauling — with more services on the way to meet the evolving needs of multifamily communities.

“Our property partners kept asking us to handle more,” said Butler Plus CEO Mike Schmitt. “There was a real need for multifamily essential services under one roof. Instead of juggling five vendors, partners now have a single point of contact.”

The new site includes dedicated pages for each service, with details, FAQs, and an option to request a quote. Every service runs through the same proprietary platform, giving partners unified reporting, digital tracking, and automated quality review through one account.

The rebrand introduces new services and technology, but Butler Plus says its foundation hasn’t changed: the values and commitment to quality that have guided the company since day one remain the same. Every service still comes with a guarantee that the work gets done right and the company stands behind it.

“A 200-unit property and a 600-unit property need the same thing — service that happens on time, every time, by the same team,” said Schmitt. “No matter the service or the property, we won’t compromise on that.”
