COR Secures $30 Million Investment from FTV Capital

COR, the AI-powered project profitability platform built for agencies and professional services firms, today announced a $30 million investment from FTV Capital, a leading sector-focused growth equity firm with a strong track record of backing high-growth enterprise technology companies. The investment will extend COR’s position as a leading AI-powered operating system for professional services firms by accelerating the evolution of its agentic capabilities, broadening its reach into adjacent verticals and supporting international expansion.

As agencies and professional services firms adopt AI, they are increasingly being asked to deliver more with leaner teams, requiring greater visibility into how work is staffed, delivered and measured. At the same time, many organizations continue to rely on manual processes or horizontal project management tools that lack the industry-specific workflows and data intelligence needed to ensure efficiency and profitability.

COR addresses these challenges with an AI-powered operating platform that allows humans and agents to work together, unifying project management, automated time tracking, resource planning and real-time profitability analytics in a single system. Serving thousands of teams across 38 countries, COR provides organizations with a single source of truth for how client work is planned, executed and monetized.

“Agencies and consulting firms that win today are those that can orchestrate hybrid teams of humans and AI agents with full visibility into whether every project is profitable,” said Santi Bibiloni, CEO and co-founder of COR. “This investment enables us to accelerate the AI capabilities our customers already rely on and continue building COR into the operating system for modern professional services firms. The FTV team’s deep technology expertise and track record scaling enterprise software companies make them an ideal partner for our next stage of growth.”

Since its founding in 2017, COR has demonstrated market-leading growth, closing 2025 with 51% year-over-year revenue growth, strong profitability and industry-leading customer retention. Founded by Argentine second-time entrepreneurs Santi Bibiloni and Jose Gettas, together with CTO Gabriel Marin, the company launched from San Francisco and has built a leading AI-powered operating platform for agencies and professional services firms. With the support of FTV, COR will build on this momentum to help more organizations around the world manage hybrid teams of people and agents.

“Professional services firms are entering a new era where operational intelligence has become increasingly mission critical,” said Alex Malvone, partner at FTV Capital. “COR stands apart by providing customers with a purpose-built solution that delivers the visibility and intelligence needed to run the next era of leading services organizations. We’ve been thoroughly impressed with the growth Santi and the COR team have achieved to date and look forward to leveraging FTV’s experience supporting high-growth enterprise technology companies to further scale the vision and business.”

“For us, COR isn’t a vendor, it’s a true partner,” said Andres Carvajal, CEO of Sancho BBDO. “Because our company runs on COR, we can have economic and operational conversations with our clients backed by real-time data. That level of transparency strengthens trust, improves decision-making and creates tremendous value for both sides.”

David Sable, executive vice chairman at Stagwell and former global CEO at Y&R (WPP), added, “Solutions like COR are critical for transparency in work processes: you gain visibility into the agency and toward clients. That information makes both the agency and its client relationships even more profitable.”

As part of the investment, Alex Malvone and Tommy Tighe, principal at FTV Capital, will join COR’s board of directors.
