A computer-vision proof-of-concept that gives multi-location operators an objective, per-pizza record of what leaves their kitchen.

Revmo AI has introduced PizzaEye, a computer-vision quality-control tool that inspects finished pizzas at the cut table and confirms whether each one matches its order.
Revmo AI is a customer operations AI platform that answers inbound interactions across voice, text, and chat, then completes the work inside the systems a business already runs. PizzaEye extends Revmo’s restaurant platform beyond the phone and into the kitchen, giving operators an objective, per-pizza record of what comes out of their stores. It is currently a working proof-of-concept.
Pizza quality still gets checked by people, by eye, usually at the worst possible moment: the peak rush. A wrong or missing topping, burnt crust, or the wrong size slips through, and it turns into refunds, remakes, and bad reviews.
Until now, there has been no real record of whether a given pizza matched its order. Since every pizza already passes the cut table face-up before it is boxed, Revmo put a consistent check at that step.
“Quality is exactly what suffers when a store is busiest, and a manager can’t eyeball every pie when tickets are stacking up,” said Ryan Louis, CEO of Revmo AI. “PizzaEye does the visual check the same way every time, then flags only the pizzas that need a second look. Your staff stays focused, and you finally get a per-pizza record of what happened.”
How PizzaEye Works
A camera over the cut table photographs each pizza next to its order ticket. The AI reads the order, inspects the pizza, and confirms whether it was made right. Rather than adding a step for staff, it flags only the pizzas that need a second look, so the line keeps moving and every pie leaves with a record attached.
That is what separates PizzaEye from front-of-house restaurant AI. Most restaurant AI works on the front end, taking orders and answering calls. PizzaEye works on the finished product at the other end of the line.
Built for Multi-Location Operators
A manager can’t stand at every cut table, and when something goes wrong, there is rarely a paper trail. PizzaEye takes the repetitive visual check off a person’s plate and performs it the same way in every store, so operators get a consistency record across locations. Although it pays off most for high-volume, multi-store brands trying to hold a single standard, single-location owners also benefit from PizzaEye.
Revmo built PizzaEye to run the leading vision models behind one interface, so as those models improve, the product improves by changing a configuration value instead of requiring a rebuild.
Because PizzaEye is a working proof-of-concept and has not yet run live in a store, Revmo is not reporting accuracy or return-on-investment figures at this stage. Operators who want to size up the quality problem in their own stores can start with Revmo’s Pizza Revenue Calculator at revmo.ai/resources/pizza-revenue-calculator.
Revmo is piloting PizzaEye with select multi-location pizza operators. Book your pilot today at revmo.ai/pizzaeye.
