Amatrium Inc Becomes Eastgate Software’s US Channel Partner

Expanding AI-native software development for manufacturers across the U.S. and Canada.

WINCHESTER, MA, UNITED STATES, August 24, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Amatrium Inc and Eastgate Software have entered a software development channel partnership covering manufacturing clients in the United States and Canada. Amatrium announced the partnership to its investors and partners in August 2026 and has published details on its software development page.

Amatrium Inc is Eastgate Software’s US channel partner and prime contractor. US client work is contracted and delivered through Amatrium, which defines the solution, manages the client relationship and takes responsibility for delivery. Eastgate Software provides the engineering organization that designs, builds and supports the systems.

What the partnership covers

With this collaboration, Amatrium will handle contracting, invoicing, and account management for manufacturing clients in the United States and Canada. Work reaches Eastgate as a delivery engagement.

Amatrium describes the combined offering as covering process automation, legacy software replacement, factory system integration and AI deployment, delivered by one coordinated team rather than several vendors.

How the engagement model works

A manufacturer signs one contract, with Amatrium Inc, and works with Amatrium as the single US point of contact from planning through deployment. Eastgate engineers deliver behind that contract, under Eastgate’s own process and certifications.

“The mission at Amatrium is to help US domestic manufacturers improve via AI tools. This began with machine learning and extended to AmatriumGPT, a knowledge hub with a word-for-word translator. Through our new partnership with Eastgate Software, Amatrium can now support that entire spectrum of AI-native software development for manufacturing,” said Andrew Halonen, President of Amatrium Inc.

About Amatrium Inc

Amatrium Inc is a US company based in Winchester, Massachusetts, providing AI and data software to manufacturers. Its work began with machine learning applied to plant data and continued with AmatriumGPT, which gives manufacturers a secure way to use the knowledge held inside their own organizations.

Andrew Halonen, President, spent thirty years in automotive castings, forging, lightweight materials and machine design, including roles at Ford and 3M. Dr Nhon Vo, Chairman, works in advanced aluminum alloys and is an R&D executive at a Fortune 500 metal company.

About Eastgate Software

Eastgate Software builds mission-critical systems, with delivery teams in Hanoi, Aachen and Tokyo. Its engineers work on intelligent transportation and smart mobility programs in Europe, where software failures have physical consequences.

The company holds ISO 27001:2022 for information security management and ISO 9001 for quality management. It has delivered more than 500 projects across twelve years, with 93 percent client retention.

“Software has moved from supporting the plant to running it, and that raises what a manufacturer should expect from an engineering partner. Twelve years of building mission-critical systems taught us to treat an outage as a safety event rather than a support ticket, with a process that is certified and externally audited,” said Ha Bui, CEO of Eastgate Software.

What this means for existing clients

Eastgate clients in Europe and Japan continue to be contracted and managed directly by Eastgate Software. Team allocation on existing programs is unchanged.
