For Williamson, choosing Dallas and specifically Snider Plaza was intentional.
Growing up on the Canadian Prairies, Williamson was drawn to Dallas for its sophistication, style, warmth and tradition. She envisioned a bridal destination where international couture could meet an intimate, highly personalized experience.
“I wanted to create the kind of bridal experience I always believed should exist, beautiful and elevated, but also incredibly personal,” says Williamson. “Dallas felt like the right city for that vision.”
Snider Plaza became the natural home for the boutique. Williamson was inspired by its romantic atmosphere, beautiful fountain, walkable streets and timeless architecture.
“I fell in love with Snider Plaza because it has such a romantic charm,” says Williamson. “It feels removed from the typical retail experience. You arrive here for something special, and that was exactly the feeling I wanted a bride to have when she came to NWD BRIDAL.”
The boutique offers an exclusive selection of internationally celebrated designers, including Vivienne Westwood, Zuhair Murad, Dana Harel, Enaura and Lihi Hod, alongside other carefully curated couture collections.
For Samantha Levis, NWD BRIDAL partner and celebrity stylist who grew up in Oklahoma, the boutique reflects both Dallas sophistication and a global approach to bridal fashion.
“Dallas women have an incredible sense of personal style, and they know the difference between something that is simply beautiful and something that feels truly special,” says Levis. “We have created a boutique that brings extraordinary international design together with a level of intimacy and personal attention that feels very Dallas.”
Williamson’s Saskatchewan roots continue to influence her approach to luxury, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, authenticity and personal connection.
