Dixie Highway. The Palmetto Bay location is the company’s third new Florida location this quarter, and its 9th warehouse store in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area. Floor & Decor now operates 39 warehouse stores across Florida.
The Palmetto Bay store opens with a team of approximately 40 associates led by Scarlet Garcia, the store’s Chief Executive Merchant.
The new store gives South Miami-Dade homeowners and professionals another convenient neighborhood option for a broad assortment of in-stock tile, wood, laminate, vinyl, and natural stone, including waterproof styles suited to Florida living, along with installation materials, decorative accessories and related categories at everyday low prices.

The new Palmetto Bay store opens to customers today, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and official grand opening on Thursday, November 12, followed by a community Block Party on Saturday, November 14.

Floor & Decor will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, November 12, at 10 a.m. ET, in partnership with the South Dade Chamber of Commerce.
Block Party Celebration
On Saturday, November 14, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET, the store will host a Block Party for the Palmetto Bay community, featuring prize drawings every 15 minutes, with prizes including tickets to professional sporting events, a deep-sea fishing charter for four, a four-day Bahamas cruise, a Yeti cooler, an iPad and more*.
